In terms of customer support he's been a big help for me, helping me with pretty much EVERYTHING. But the app itself has got a user friendly interface, so I'd suggest this app to everyone!
The tech team/agents are very much on top of questions, problems ( My hosting company set up the link wrong initially and they caught it immediately, and set out to help me correct it) and anything else that you need!
