Good communication if you run into trouble.
I have been using the BixGrow app for a couple of years now without incident. Recently we had an issue with the discount on the affiliate link not being applied. I wrote to the company and it was fixxed overnight. The sale was made, discount applied and the commission allocated. A very good result.

Support sehr gut, konnten mir in allen Fragen helfen. Support antwortet in der Sprache, in der man die Frage stellt.
Ein paar Kleinigkeiten des Programms/der App sind noch verbesserungswürdig. Aber alles im Allen funktioniert es gut.
Allerdings ist das Handling der App ohne den Support nicht selbsterklärend. Aber wie gesagt: der Support macht seine Sache gut und antwortet sehr schnell. Der Dialog ist respektvoll und sehr nett.

The app works well for our needs as a small business. The live chat is really helpful for any questions, and reps are fast to respond and always help with a resolution.
At Wayzn.com we use the app for both affiliate and refer-a-friend. It is convenient being able to manage both programs with a single app. The affiliate side is easy to set up and easy to use, but the referral half of the app is not very mature yet (even basic reporting is missing), so I can only give four stars. I have used a lot of plug-ins and the thing that shines brightest about Bix is their customer support. They are responsive, knowledgeable and provide a level of support way above what we get from other apps that cost 10x what we pay for Bix.

Some features are still missing but the team keeps improving the extension and the customer support is very active to help you setting up whatever you have to do

So far so good! I haven't onboarded any influencers just yet. We did a test account and it seems pretty self explanatory. Thank you BixGrow for all of your thoroughness, attention to detail and really going above and beyond to create a platform that makes this process fun and exciting. good app evn if you can't use directly to send money, good support, I recommande it for small to medium business
