John always gets back to you in a timely fashion with so much information. Even during the Black Friday period he worked with me and my company closely to make sure we recieved our shipment on time. That made a world of a difference. I'm so excited to work with him and the rest of the team in the future as we continue to scale our brand!!

I was overcharged for my monthly plan. I sent an email regarding the charges and asked if they could look into it because I was charged more than expected. Mae emailed me back within 10 minutes and had refunded and resolved my issue. This was on a weekend and I didn’t expect resolution so quickly. Mistakes happen everywhere but this was immediately corrected and Mae was very professional.
Wow! Where do I begin? Everything Blanka does is exceptional.
First let me start with customer service. John and Patrick respond to my emails so quickly that I feel like they are just sitting around waiting for me to contact them. It makes me feel so special and confident that when I need their help in the future, they will be there for me. John, from my initial contact with you, I was heard. You were so helpful with my concern at the time. I was researching several drop shipping companies, and I wasn’t sure which company was the best fit for me. I downloaded the Blanka app to my Shopify store and accidentally signed up for the annual membership and he credited the money back to me. WOW! Because of my initial contact with John and his kindness, I decided to order some sample products and boy am I glad I did. John thanks for your professionalism, quick responses, detailed replies, and because of you I now am a happy Blanka family member. I have also chatted with Patrick in customer service. He too is amazing and so helpful. Thank you for your detailed responses to my, sometimes, long emails and being another connection for me. You both don’t miss a beat and answer all my questions with grace and detailed responses including links where I could find additional answers to my questions. You two are a rare find these days in customer service and it is my honor to work with you both. I am looking forward to many years together. Second the products! I have been an Esthetician for 25 years and I have used pharmaceutical grade products my whole career. Finding a great result-oriented product line was very important to me. Blanka is by far the best products I found. Their efficacy and quality are excellent, and I really noticed a difference with my skin. Just give the products a try. You will be glad you did! Third, the membership tiers are so good. You can start small and work your way up to a higher tier when you are ready. Fourth, the branding plate is unique to Blanka, and it makes your products look so professional and eye catching. Fifth, the app is so user friendly and easy to find what you need.
