Not worth the money.
I used Blanka for about a month, and it’s simply not worth the $80 a month. The shipping times were terrible. Although they advertise 3-5 day shipping, it actually took over 3 weeks for products to arrive. What they don’t tell you upfront is the additional printing time, which delays everything further.
The products themselves are overpriced. I found the exact same makeup on Alibaba for 50 cents to $1, while Blanka charges over $10 per product plus an additional $8.99 shipping fee. Charging $8.99 for shipping would be understandable if it didn’t take 3-4 weeks for customers to receive their orders.
Honestly, you’re better off just buying makeup from Alibaba, adding your logo, and either shipping it from home or using a fulfillment center. $80 a month for this service is a joke—maybe if it was $20 a month, it’d be more reasonable, but at this price, it feels like robbery.
Save yourself the frustration and look for better alternatives.

Looking at your order history, we were able to confirm that all your shipped orders were delivered within 5 business days. Our production timelines as well as our shipping times have always been in all our FAQ articles and it's something that we are very transparent and upfront about. If you remember about a month ago when you asked our customer support for clarification about it - our team provided you with all the information you needed because we always want to make sure that all our customers are aware about all their available option.
While our print-on-demand (drop shipping) option does require an order to be printed first, we do also give you other options such as storing your inventory with us for faster fulfillment (1-2 business days), we can ship to your preferred fulfillment center, or we can ship to you directly (if you want to do self fulfillment).
As for product pricing, we'd love to know which products you found to be the 'exact same' product because while you will indeed find similar products elsewhere, our products may be completely different in terms of formulation, quality, where they are made from, and especially our high quality printing (branding). We'd be happy to discuss with you the differences and advantages of our USA/Canada made products vs. other products so don't hesitate to let us know if you need more information about them.
Regarding subscription plans, we offer lower pricing plans to fit your budget as well as our basic free plan but we would, of course, love to learn more about how we can help make things better for you so don't hesitate to reach back to us at hello@blankabrand.com and we promise to do everything we can to work with you in making your stay with Blanka, worth it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
I was supposed to get a 14 days free to trail. Blanka went ahead and charged me and their no way to cancel. You have to pay the $888 just get service. I'm filing a lawsuit against Blanka for misleading 14 day free trial, this is to keep other's for falling into the same trap
You are absolutely right! You were supposed to get a 14 days free trial and before getting charged, you would have first needed to finish the trial. We greatly appreciate you bringing it to our attention yesterday!
There is no excuse and we fully admit that there was an isolated billing error on your account which caused our system to automatically charge the account even before any trial happened. It's exactly why our team immediately reversed the charge and resolved the error as soon as it was reported.
We absolutely do not want any new users experiencing the same thing because we would hate for anyone to think that we were misleading or trapping them. Of course, we don't blame you for feeling this way because of what you experienced but we pray that you can give us another chance and make your experience better!

poor experience, the customer support doesn't respond. The Dashboard is also not that easy to use.....

I'm really baffled by all the great reviews for this app. My customers were super unhappy because of the delays in shipping and I did not get proper responses from the company when I reached out to the support. Would not recommend.
