They were kind and tried to make things right, and I genuinely hope their business keeps growing.
That said, the shipping was just too slow...over a week for a basic highlighter isn’t ideal. I had to cancel, and my customer wasn’t happy.
The app’s also a bit pricey, with limited flexibility. Not the best fit for a fast-moving store, but I’m rooting for them to improve.

Since your order was printed on demand, a few business days are needed for processing before shipment, as outlined in our FAQs. We also offer the option to purchase inventory in advance, which can be stored at our warehouse or shipped directly to you for self-fulfillment. This allows you to bypass the production queue and have orders shipped within just 1–2 days.
