Outstanding app and exceptional support!
We had a very specific and complex shipping requirement: hide free shipping when the cart contains products from external brands, while always keeping our local pickup option visible — and apply weight-based shipping rates for mixed carts.
We tried several other apps before Blockify, but none of them were able to implement this logic. Blockify was the ONLY app that could solve our problem completely and exactly as we needed it.
The support team is outstanding. Duc helped us at 4 AM (our time in Germany!) and worked through the entire setup with incredible patience, professionalism, and expertise. He knew exactly what he was doing, explained everything clearly, and even provided us with important technical details about how the system identifies products — which will help us enormously as we scale our catalog to thousands of products.
If you have complex shipping rules and need an app that actually delivers — this is it. Highly recommended!

I have been getting HAMMERED by bots using my checkout to test credit cards. This has been causing fraudulent profiles in my Klaviyo account and each one costs me money - I've had thousands created! I installed Blockify but had trouble getting started with it. I pinged chat support and - Anna to the rescue! She determine the best option for my situation based on data from my store. We installed the checkout customizer and Anna created a rule for me that makes total sense. We'll check in on this in a couple of days. I'm optimistic that this will stop the fraudulent profile madness. Fantastic customer support provided by Anna!

This app was easy to install and I was able to quickly get my questions asnwered. We just started using it, but so far it has been succesful in blocking orders from a chronically fraudulent "customer". Customer service was quick and helpful.

We had specific requirements for the checkout in our webshop and chose Blockify because it was the easiest way to implement exactly what we needed. The app offers great flexibility when creating checkout rules and adapts well to individual use cases.

After getting Blockify fraud filters set up and figuring out what problems there were with my store that were making it easier for fraudulent orders to be placed, Esther in the support was very helpful in explaining how the Checkout Customizer could add another layer of protection to my store. I'm very grateful for Esther taking the time to explain it to me and getting me set up so I feel my store is more secure and I will hopefully stop receiving fradulent orders! Thank you Esther.

I used the chat for help with a card-testing attack. Anna was very helpful and took me step by step on how to implement the changes she suggested. We tested it right after and it worked the first time. Here's to hoping the attacks stop now!

Hana was incredible at sorting out my issue. I had been going crazy trying to figure out how to stop a certain payment method (BNPL) from being the default selection as lots of customers didnt see the other options and though that was our only method. I couldnt do this on the native shopify theme. So I installed this app. Hana replied to me so quickly and sorted everything out in minutes! I couldnt be happier with the support I received.
