I highly recommend this app, it does exactly what I need to set requirements for my wholesale customers. I had to utilize their support when I couldn't get one of the features to work on my own and they were very friendly and prompt to get the issue resolved for me and continued to happily answer questions I had after that. Good App for creating Checkout rules. :) Customer Service is also really fast and efficient. The app offers alot of options and it is free to use. I really like the app.
