I was having trouble with fraud orders getting through. Demi at support was very friendly and helpful about sharing with me in detail how the app works and advising me how to tweak it to block the rest of them, even petting me know about a beta feature that addresses my most difficult problem. I appreciate that Demi was friendly, knowledgable, and made every effort to. make sure I was taken care of! Thanks!

We were configuring a complex Shopify Markets setup with a dedicated Japan Market and needed a very specific redirect behavior. The Blockify team took the time to fully understand our requirements, customized the redirect rules for our store, and helped us test everything until it worked perfectly.
Their support was incredibly fast, knowledgeable, and proactive throughout the entire process. They also provided excellent solutions for staff access, IP whitelisting, VPN monitoring, and answered every question in detail.

Been using the app over 6 months. Works great, and fairly easy to set up. It is helpful to have other 3rd party apps for further tracking data. Support is fast and easy and they fixed my problem quickly.

Our site was constantly being hit with bot and spam orders, creating a lot of extra work for our team and making it difficult to keep our customer and order data clean. Since installing this app, the problem has almost completely stopped. It was easy to set up, has been very reliable, and hasn’t added any noticeable friction for legitimate customers. This app developer has a lot of good options to prevent fraud and abandoned cart fraud. They really helped me find a solution and so far so good. Abandoned cart fraud ads a lot of bad emails to the crm system which can hurt deliverability on abandoned cart email efforts and no one wants their store being tested for fraudulent credit cards. Very helpful app with strong protection features for Shopify stores. We use it for bot, proxy/VPN and fake-checkout protection. The support team explained the new fake-checkout protection feature clearly, helped us understand the technical setup, and confirmed what needs to be checked when changing themes.
After testing, the normal customer checkout flow continued to work correctly, while direct fake checkout URLs were blocked as expected. Support was responsive, patient and technically helpful.

Reached out for help to prevent bots from testing credit cards on my Shopify store. Margaret was very helpful in adding a feature that prevents bots that go directly to my checkout page from checking out. Hopefully this will deter them from targeting my Shopify store!

Selling online in modern times means constant unwanted visits, bots, scrapes and threats. Blockify has been perfect for dealing with unwanted and dangerous traffic. Their support team is AMAZING. I had an issue with Amazon making new ISPs to scrape using all the same names and interfering with another block setting—the team updated the ISP list and worked out my rule hierarchy to make sure they couldn't sneak through to scrape my site. Great app; great support team, and total peace of mind. Wish I would have used this app way sooner—totally worth the plan price.

We turned to Blockify due to a sudden influx of fraudulent orders. Setup was fairly easy. It has done a good job of automatically cancelling the fraudulent orders. Vivian at Blockify responds quickly whenever we have a question or need some help.

I've been on the free plan for a while. It has blocked countries and ip addresses as needed. This week my site got hit by a new round of bots. Anna walked me through what was needed and helped set me up with new enhanced features. Just while we were on the chat, I noticed 6 blocks. Hooray for mitigating worthless traffic!
