Thank you for taking the time to update your review and for being a long-term user of our app. We are so sorry to read about the critical issue you experienced with your site being unclickable. Causing lost sales for any of our users is completely unacceptable, and we sincerely apologize for the major impact this has had on your business.

The bug you described is our absolute highest priority. An issue that interferes with your storefront's functionality is something we take incredibly seriously, and our development team is investigating this with the utmost urgency.

In addition, thank you for the feedback on the visitor view changes. We made that adjustment to try and declutter the main dashboard for a majority of users, but we understand from your feedback that removing the ISP from the main view has negatively impacted your workflow. We are taking this feedback to heart and will be re-evaluating the design in our next development cycle.
