I was searching through the various apps that could help with comments for the very basic Shopify Blog page.
This is exactly what I was looking for . It gives me and my customers an easy way to respond and for all to engage together.
The customer service is excellent.
Set up in minutes with their assistance.
The app is great overall but when I reply to comments via email instead of logging into Shopify, they do not get approved and my comment reply is blank. I had to go in and approve/respond to them all again in the app.

Honestly, this app is the best for managing blog comments on Shopify. The built-in Shopify comment system is very basic and extremely limited: you can’t reply to comments, and there’s no way for users to interact with each other… it’s just not practical.
