Bloom: Delivery Date & Pickups

Love this app, easy to use, install and customize!!

I use Bloom for my online florist business and highly recommend. It meets my business requirements, is designed with consideration for our industry and the customer service is phenomenal. I've had several interactions to clarify features and the turnaround and support has been excellent.

I own an online flower business. I'm also a business consultant for several floral businesses. Using a different delivery app for years, I just converted two of my clients to Bloom. Shopside has been fantastic to work with! Each site has needed a few tweaks here and there. Ryan has been so responsive and helpful!! I highly recommend Bloom for floral delivery businesses.

GREAT SUPPORT! Perfect app for our floral shop! Covers all of the functions we desperately needed for delivery/pick up details outside of the basic options included in Shopify that continuously had issues. I had our web guy help install Bloom but he said it was very easy and straightforward. We ran into one issue and contacted the Bloom Support to help resolve it. They were super quick to respond, helped us to fix it (even though it actually turned out to be an issue with the Shopify theme we use) and went above and beyond to provide some additional insight into another potential reason we may continue to see the same issue arise. It has nothing to do with their app and we greatly appreciated that insider/backend knowledge and willingness to share with us.

Bloom has been great for our business! I have not had one customer complaint, and anytime i've contacted them to make a change or ask a question, they have responded quick with instructions, or just made the change for me! great customer service and product!

We've struggled with getting a decent date-time picker since we started our business on Shopify. This one works well, and the technical support is fantastic.

Easy to use for pick up and deliveries, especially for florists. You can turn off days like weekends and set a same day cut off time for orders.

After searching through many apps to find a calendar to suit the needs of my website (online florist) I came across Bloom . I am so glad that I did as it's exactly what I have been looking for . It's easy to set up & the reponse time for the questions I had was excellent. So glad that I came across this app !
