I set up the BLoop app, turned the system on for less than one minute, and we seem to be getting "referrers" coming in fast and furious. However, I did not want that. Turned the app on and the off again. Still referrers coming in. I sent messages to the help desk, but since they are not in my time zone, I cannot wait to get their fix. I have to delete the app to ensure our customers are not having a bad experience.
Excellent referral tool, easy to implement and with tremendous potential, it has helped us a lot since we implemented it in our store

Using this app for a day or two now. Very easy to use. No issues whatsoever. We do like the functionality to move the button positioning, but still the best free app till date.

This is THE BEST app for your store referral program. I have just start using Bloop and it looks that this app works VERY VERY WEEL ! They have created very nice design referral page, pop ups and emails sent to referred persons. It took less than 10 minutes to set up, while I think it could bring huge value for my store. Reccomend!
I was a little worried at first, but customer service helped me, and I'm very pleased. I haven't finished my settings, but I'm eager to get going.
