I would recommend this app - customer support was very responsive and effective. They helped with queries, with setup and some customisation of my referral page, all promptly and effectively. The app works well and the interface looks good.
The Staff at BLP Referral Program(Quinn and Chloe) are super helpful and are available even after the closing hours at times. They do get our issues resolved to the best of their abilities and if something's falling outside their area of expertise, they engage their developers who get the job done. Excellent referrals app. We were looking for a robust and easy to set referrals app and found BLP. Plus, it also has an affiliate section! Unlike other apps we've tested, BLP is very comprehensive and allows for lots of customizations (branding, emails, referral pages, pop ups, and more). The pop ups and referral pages blend perfectly with our branding.

What a wonderful program for my customers, it encourages them on the spot to make a referral to friends.
For me anyway it got a little frustrating trying to get it installed correctly, I actually got so muddled. I uninstalled it. Chloe and Eric were superb in the level of customer service. So much so I added "BLOY".
