When we discovered Bluecheck, it seemed like a promising solution that could streamline our checkout process. The main appeal was its ability to verify customers’ ages in the background—without requiring them to manually enter birthdate details. The verification worked quietly based on the billing address provided, allowing most customers to breeze through checkout without even realizing their age was being confirmed. This seamless experience was exactly what we were looking for, and it’s what ultimately convinced us to switch from agechecker.net.

Initially, the customer service was responsive, and we felt confident that we had made the right choice. However, we quickly ran into a major issue: the app was charging multiple verifications for a single transaction. We offered to connect them with the new app’s team to collaborate on a solution, but never received a response.

If you're considering Bluecheck just for the smoother checkout flow—don’t. It might seem appealing to have age verification work invisibly in the background, but that actually creates a compliance risk. When auditors or regulators review your site, they’ll want to see visible age verification measures. An invisible system offers no reassurance that proper checks are in place.
