Update 7.28.23: Yet again I am blown away by customer service. Chintak fixed an issue for me that I honestly was expecting a "We can't do anything about that, you need to speak with shopify or the theme company". But no, Chintak was able to make a change that will make life for my customers much easier. Thank you!
I've never had anything but a fantastic experience with Bold Support. From the migration process from V1 to changing the text for me when I could not figure out coding. Their customer support is what makes me a very loyal customer. Special shout out to Cody for being my go-to migration guru. I can always count on Cody for a speedy and helpful reply to my emails. Also like to send another shout out to Chintak for help with my most recent question, great communication, solution and follow up!

This app is incredibly frustrating with all it's glitches. We have multiple tickets open for close to a month now and the slow response time in rectifying these issues is very unprofessional. It's very disheartening having OUR customers upset at us for YOUR issues, glitches, lack of features and big oversights. PLEASE listen to your customers (me) and fix your app!
