Gone from being an awesome app to complete rubbish with the v2 launch. I've been told after migrating from version 1 to version 2 that my store is no longer compatible with their app and I need to hire a coder to make my store compatible. I can't convey how painful it has been dealing with these guys, this process has caused me tons of pissed of customers, most of my products are no longer compatible with this app and i'm still getting to pay for it. This is after they confirmed my "eligibility" to use the v2 platform. Who ever designed the v2 well done in screwing up a part of my business and now I have to find an app that will actually work.

Customer Service is insane. Immediately responsive and incredibly helpful! I couldn't figure out how to customize some of the widget components and Gustav helped build EXACTLY what i needed.

Chintak did a great job of explaining how to solve my issue after migrating to the new subscription app. Unfortunately the shipping rates were all screwed up after the migration and I am still waiting for a resolution after over 2 weeks.

The app is great, but is more difficult to customize and navigate that other apps I've tried. Brysen was great to work with in helping me with my issues, but he wasn't able to resolve all of my issues without getting another department involved. Still, we are pleased with this app so far!

I love this app but it affects shopify store speed and from May 2021 faster websites will rank better in google search. Unless BOLD does something to address this I would not recommend this app.

I really appreciate the customer support. I had some issues understanding how to set up my subscriptions, and Gagandeep helped me and was super-patient. I'd love to see more options for setting up the look of the plugin on my products page, and the ability to offer subscriptions only without offering a one-time purchase.

Also You are able to make a product subscription only via your Shopify admin :) This option can be found under Products -> All Products -> select the product you want to be subscription only -> Check the box to "Only allow purchase of this product as a subscription" -> Select Save.
Hi, guys just wanted to know if the subscriptions ( for a customer of my website) recur automatically? and also how is the cancellation process once a person is subscribed to my website? Thanks

The team at BOLD has been tremediously helpful. We have installed the BOLD Subscription V2 solution and the team supported troubleshooting initial setup. Jericho & Gagandeep were attentive and knoweldgeable about the solution design. Collaboratively we resolved the intitial install challenge. Great Customer Service!

Support staff is extremely good - reply back in timely manner and answer all questions. BUT the app itself Bold Subscriptions for Shopify Checkout app has a lot of limitations from very limited email notification triggers, no tagging for Subscription order at the order level which was there in bold V1:-(,
no notification if a payment failed to us the vendor.
