In my free trial still but getting set up and customizing my widget for my website was a breeze thanks to Gaurav's help! Quick and fast customer service, very appreciated.

Amazing support, helped me within 10 min. I was needing help with some things and their support staff was able to guide me through every step.

I received great customer service from both Nirav C and Kelsey. They answered all questions and were very professional. I found them to be very knowledgeable. Weeks later, I needed additional assistance and I was fortunate enough to have Nirav come to my aid. He was amazing, walked me through the steps I needed to take to resolve my problem. He was patient, knowledgeable and clear in his instructions. Bold you are very lucky to have such an excellent team member who is a professional and committed to resolving an issue even when it is a difficult one. I really like this app, it works well, and support is fast and helpful. It is currently the only app in Shopify that can automatically charge the customer without bothering the customer. However, one feature I really need is to make it so the first subscription purchase is full price, and every purchase after that is discounted. Some customers buy the product once and unsubscribe and get the discount without 'actually subscribing'. This app is also so expensive every month plus Shopify's fees which makes me starting off this business hard and taking most my profit :( So this might be good for bigger businesses, not start-ups.
