Hi I have just started using the Bon app, the live chat service is excellent, Chelsea answered by query very quickly & sorted out my request in no time.
I just recently activated the BON loyalty app. So far the customer service provided by Maxxie, Anna and others has been very responsive and gives me confidence for the future using this new app. The BON app is highly customizable and quite easy to set up.
Stable and easy to use app with all core functions I was looking for. Also very impressed by their customer support team. They always answer within minutes and solved my development request faster than expected.

Not only does this app allow our business to reward customers for both referrals and purchases- BON’s customer service is outstanding. I wanted a custom button made for my site and BON created it happily and free of charge!

Maxxie was the customer service rep who helped me today and was so sweet! She answered all my questions and helped me get the things set up propertly that I needed. We haven't launched our store yet, but the BON loyalty app seems great so far!
