We had a fantastic user experience with Webkul. The booking app itself is great and easy to use. We needed a longer process because of some specific needs, and we got excellent and very professional customer support during this long process. They customized the app for our needs, and we are very happy with the end result. Shivangi is fantastic; she assisted during the whole process.  I highly recommend this app for everyone because it is very user-friendly and the support is more than 5 stars.

Webkul team has been the greatest possible help for my website since it allowed me to do all integrations needed as well as all the answers being provided in an excellent manner either through messages or with the help of Shivangi who was provided the kindest and best explanation skills by teaching me how to utilize all features so my website would thrive. Best possible help I could've gotten as well as a really complete detail and service from Webkul's Booking App and Multi Vendor Market. Shivangi also showed the best possible assistance by also offering to work together with my team and website to develop new solutions to future problems. In resume this is the best option available for Multi Vendor and Booking sites. Fully-heartedly recommend. 10/10

I am new to using the app, but overall I am very impressed with how easily it integrates into the Multi-Vendor Marketplace app and how knowledgeable and responsive the customer support team is. So far, things are going really well.

Excellent! Finally a booking app with no limitations. Highly recommend this app, and its amazing customer service. The booking app is easy to use, and I love that you do not pay extra money for adding more users, or to add Google meet, and more features that the app offers.

Support staff is very patient and knowledgeable. Staff responded and fixed my issues very quickly. This app is also very good because support staff can be reached via chat and the response is almost immediate.

be aware this is not a plug and play app. You have to add coding to your website. The coding was added to my website by the team but sadly it made my website refresh every time you touched a product. The staff were very helpful and removed the code for me at no cost.

Note: I'm giving 5 stars based on my testing experience so far, I'm not live with my marketplace yet. I've been testing / using this app together with their marketplace application to offer appointments to shops in my marketplace. I'm not "live" yet taking real customer appointments but after figuring out how it works, I'm pleased so far. It takes some work to understand the logic, especially when using a more complex app like their marketplace (think many independent stores within my store, offering appointments at many locations, each with their own custom hours, pricing etc). For the price, it is effective. Ideally, there would be support during US hours (most of the support is based on India times) and there have been times when I had concerns or questions during business hours so I would recommend that they hire some outsourced people that work during US business hours. I'm not sure how many US shops there are so perhaps that will happen in time. When I asked about customizations they provided pricing as well, so it looks like there are custom options (assuming my shops launch in 2022 I already have some customizations in mind). I did try their Shop Locator and found that to be more of a beta, it had quite a few spelling errors and didn't seem to have much support so if you're using another app, make sure there are customers for it or it doesn't look like you will have immediate support.

Our multi-vendor ecommerce platform was stable when we first launched and were still working with our developers. Over time, multiple issues that impacted either our sellers or buyers came up. Some were resolved quickly, however some took over a week and they were Severity 1 issues as they impacted sales. We currently have four issues open. Three were opened today and one is outstanding from the previous week. I am offering a three out of five rating as the stability of the software was really good at the beginning but seems to be degrading weekly now. As I am in an different time zone it is difficult to have any back and forth response so a twenty-four hour team would be appreciated. Also, for more complex and high impact issues it would be great to be able to speak with a knowledgeable resource to ensure they are understood as quickly as possible rather than the back and forth that occurs.

I'm very satisfied with the Booking App and how it integrates with my website. We are a Jewelry Rental Service and this App makes the admin process and the user experience super easy and smooth. There were a few bugs which were quickly fixed by Ayush Kansal and the team. They have been very responsive and helpful all throughout. Honestly, I knew nothing about website building and these guys made it a piece of cake for me. Thank you so very much guys. Looking forward for new and exciting features in the App. Also, I highly recommend this App to everyone who's looking for managing rental/booking services on Shopify.

It worked well at the beginning, but now every time that I try to access the admin interface, it says "Session expired". How to fix it?

Great app and support! We had a few issues with installing and the support team worked on it immediately. The support doesn't only end there. If you have any issues moving forward, they are always fast in responding. A great business partner to have.

I'm impressed by both the easiness on how to setup products and reservations, but also by their custemer service.
They took care of the installation at no cost and even helped configured the labeling colors so my store looks better.

I have been interacting with Ayush Kansal for about a week now, for various issues I was facing during installation of this app. All issues have been resolved until now. Some of the basic features are missing from this app, which I would expect in a paid app, related to RENTAL TYPE. Hope that the Webkul Team continuously listens to customers and enhances the features of the Booking App at a fast pace, so that we can continue using this service. Very helpful in helping fix a couple issues and he even went out of his way to help me with a couple other edits to make my cart more presentable!

What a helpful team at Webkul! I installed the booking app and I had troubles when pressing the "Book Now" button, the Cart didn't refreshed automatically on my Custom theme with Shopify. Very unpleasant and strange problem but the Webkul team never gave up trying to find a solution even when it was already after working ours. They worked more then two ours on this problem. So thank you so much for all the help because I also asked additional questions that also got answered. Special thanks to Supriya for her patience and making sure it worked perfectly.

This app proved quite useful for me and is pretty easy to implement. And the support team especially Pooja is awesome to work with and is super fast to respond to any queries that you may have and also very patient with any doubts/questions that you may have.

Great APP! We are utilising it for offering deals on behalf of beauty establishments, this application when used in conjunction with the MultiVendor Marketplace is super valuable to us.

The app is good but has a bug at the moment. In the cart page, it doesn't display properly the booking details for a booking product but instead it outputs an array like this wk_booking: {"timezone"=>"Asia/Manila", "slot_date"=>"17/09/2018 (Mon)", "duration"=>"", "from"=>"", "to"=>"", "timestamp"=>"", "rest_time"=>"", "availability"=>""}. Also it doesn't allow the store owner to put a Book Now button to the single product page for a booking product but only an add to cart button. It would be nice if the add to cart button in every booking product would be replaced by a Book Now button.
