We are using BTA on our websites for 2 different stores and couldn’t be happier. The app is easy to use and integrate into your website without needing to know programming.
In addition to being a great app, the customer service is amazing. Support team responds quickly and continues checking in with you until your issue is resolved. D’Angelo has been exceptionally supportive with the many questions we submit.
Amazing app, does just what we need it to do! We have over 100 people book tours a week with this app.

Customer service is incredible! I haven't experienced service like this in so long. They respond so quickly, and it's an actual human. I've used lots of apps on the Shopify platform and have never experienced customer service like this.

I would recommend this app because of the exceptional customer support they provide. I run a B&B and need BTA to sync with external calendars from another platform. I find the language and navigating complicated but I contact the support team and they ALWAYS resolve the problem for me quickly and expertly.
