I was on here today with Jon, he was very pleasant in helping me with issues on my website and creating links for me to view information on my issues.
Also when I explained I was 62 yrs and not very tech minded he explained everything clearly and explaining computer language for me.

So far so good! This app does have a lot on one, which saves millions of hours of work and is what I was looking for! And most importantly, when a small issue/confusion arose regarding the plans, customer service were very quick to go above and beyond fixing it! Many bad reviews on this app clearly were made without fully understanding or testing how the app works, and without going to them first for help. They will have your back if anything happens, 100% recommended.
