The customer service agent I dealt with was professional and courteous, she went out of her way to make me feel welcome. I'm starting a new business and she was willing to answer questions beyond Booster SEO's purview. Izzy, thank you for your help and understanding. I hope the rest of the Booster company is as professional as you were, if so, I'm confident in our continued partnership.

I've been in sales 15 years, she knew when to offer, and when to support what I am currently doing. I wish she would consider working for me. hahaha. Regardless, if this is the support I receive with the free plan, then when I sign up for the paid, I'm secure in the knowledge that this company knows what they are doing. I feel like they actually care about me, even though at this point I have no sales and am just beginning.

Great customer service

I was really glad to be verified quickly and my favorite time of having help from a chat agent because he did not push to have me sign up for more services or try to sell me a higher plan just a quick mention and that was it. I despise when customer service agents or chat agents try to keep pushing to sell more products and take up alot of time.
