It's okay to use the tool because it's free but It takes several days to for the alt tag to work and only some of the product images are tagged, not all. Doesn't seem to be reliable.

Unbelievable - love this app. I am a digital marketing manager and its the small things like alt tags on images that give you the advantage in online selling. This app just made it super easy and enjoyable for me to update 100s of images.
