Easy to use app and great support service. I wanted a few areas I was unable to edit putting into our brand font/colours and the team sorted it all out with me in a couple of hours.

Do not install this app at the moment!
The developers pushed an unannounced update on July 10th and customers can't order bundle products anymore. We lost 1200 CAD in sales so far.
Looks like we'll have to look for a need app despite having customized the layout to our needs.

This morning, our development team deployed a necessary update to improve the stability and functionality of our app for a better user experience for you and your customers. Unfortunately, despite careful testing prior to rollout, this update caused some unexpected errors.
Our team has now implemented a fix for those issues and restored BoxBuilder to full functionality.
To restore full app functionality:
Please open BoxBuilder admin. You will be redirected to an update page. Follow the instructions on that page. That should get you back up and running again.

This app is amazing as is but we're really giving this review for how helpful the developer and the team is. We need to really customize our experience out and were struggling to see how we could make this work best for our very specific needs. We figured before we hired someone to customize further we'd reach out to the team to see how they could help and they have been AMAZING. They have gone above and beyond to assist and guide us in making this app work best for us. To add - no other app in existence could work the way we were needing and this was magical. If you have a gift experience with many variant options this is the way to go!

The app it’s self is quite good, the customer service is brilliant. They helped me build pretty much exactly what I had in mind so thank you very much.
There is no support with this app and has a major glitch. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GET THIS APP.

I installed the app for 7 days free trial. During this time Jalal gave us an immediate response to all our requests including adjustments to RTL. Excellent service and it is not obvious that Jalal will make adjustments and invest a lot of time without any commitment on our part to pay for the service. If you are looking for an app to offer customizable gifts this is THE ONLY one that matters! It is very customizable, it offers you a lot of possibilities ... it is simply incredible what marketing possibilities you have with its help!
