Not even a 1-star. I've had the most frustrating experience with this app recently. Communication with customer service is painfully slow, taking days to get a response. Despite reporting an issue three weeks ago, it's still not fixed, and I'm left with no solution in sight. I moved onto another app which is cheaper and much easier to use. There are much cheaper and more efficient apps out there ...
Hi, Apologies about this. we have reached out with a resolution. Now the app is stable as we had to transition to new architecture and migrate legacy users. Our offer stands.
Our APP has encountered an issue. The link https://apps.aperitive.io/brand-app/shop/6587/brands isn't working, resulting in our brand page being invalid. Your technical personnel suggested we reinstall the app, but after I deleted it, I found that I couldn't reinstall the APP at all!
Good app and simple to manage
Great app and customer service helps you whenever you have an issue. Really helps you optimize your brand pages for SEO too.
I needed to make 2 of the brands I carry non-clickable because we only sell them in-store. I emailed to see if that is possible and Mike answered and quickly solved my problem! 10/10 would recommend!
