Perfect app to Sync all the products you need from brandsdistribution to your website. I'm using it for italian brands and it helps also for automatic stock availability. You can easily add individual new products or filter entire categories with a simple click.

Not sure why many low reviews - the app works as described, products are in stock and ship quite fast, support is great and answers quickly. My only issue is with sizing - I wish for a correct translation to my country size imported in Shopify without having to manually correct them.
So we do not sell "sized products" even we wish we could :)

I paid for a full year subscription for dropshipping since a month ago. When you synchronise products to your store it only synchronise the mark up you want, but it doesnt synchronise the normal price to show as discount you offer in your store. You have to do it one by one. Its a very big job and description are not always correctly made. The products offer on the app are not always offer in big quantity, most product are offer in too big or too small size. I try since 2 week to commucate whit them and i doesn't get any answer. Now i have to test an order to see if i gonna get the product i expect to get.

Normaly, I used this app to download your articles to my shop on shopify. I really enchanted with this app. Make us the life easier.

These are not just Good, or Better, but they are the BEST!
These guys are very professional when handling issues. They actually had a team meeting and talked with me over the phone to discuss my concerns. They listened and will be making changes. If you are thinking of starting a drop-shipping business, and wants Verified Supplier, I recommend giving these guys a try. Don't be shy if you have suggestions for them. They are ambitious and want their sellers to be happy. Highly impressive, in my humble opinion.

Unfortunately we must change the review after some experience. Customer service is terrible! We got NO reply from customer service regarding product guarantees. Our customers wanted to know how long is a guarantee for a really expensive bag and watch, we sent several emails and tried to communicate via chat, but got no reply. Also the company is very unflexible, they don't try to find compromises. Orders are impossible to cancel even if they weren't sent yet, therefore be careful not to make any mistakes!!! They will also not give you back the money (also if the stuff doesn't fit the customer and you get a return). Once you order your money is gone! Too bad! Also. coupons were offered to leave a good review here. The coupon expired shortly and they "aren't able to create new one". Sorry, but as much as you take care of your clients (who provide for your existence) - the truth must be told!

ALSO: Shopify put Shopify payments on hold for our case as well. I just read below we are not the only ones. Customer service didn't move a finger!

Poor to non-existent support, extremely dissatisfied. For example, our current support ticket was raised 23 days ago via their support channel but still no response or acknowledgement. Disgusted.
