Lamentamos mucho tu experiencia y entendemos completamente la frustración que te produce que los pagos no funcionen como se espera.
Según tu reseña, el problema específico no quedó del todo claro, pero parece estar relacionado con la recepción de pagos a través de PayPal.
Para explicarlo brevemente: BUCKS convierte precios solo hasta la página del carrito. Debido a las restricciones de Shopify, no podemos convertir divisas en la página de pago ni en plataformas de terceros como PayPal.
Intentamos contactarte por correo electrónico para obtener una aclaración y una solución, pero no recibimos respuesta. Si nos hubiéramos comunicado por chat o correo electrónico, probablemente podríamos haber aclarado y resuelto esto rápidamente.
