I sent you an e-mail about the installation and you still haven't returned?
Could you please support me for setup?
Hi! I spent a lot of time trying to figure it out how can I reply to this review.
We replied each time to your 2 emails with detailed instructions and we received no answer from you. We then tried to contact you again and still no answer. We did all in our powers to help you and we were just ignored.
Honestly I do not know what we could have done differently to avoid such a bad review.
Also, I find it very strange that the same review, the exact words, you put to one of our competitors on the same day.
We are here to help you and we will do our best to do so, but in cases like these we are just blocked.
I tried this App and had a couple issues which happens, i was hoping to get them sorted out so I contacted support twice but no reply...
I have since found a cheaper and better Menu App

We looked through all our emails and all we could find is an email from 24th of March to which we replied but we didn't receive any response back. We did reply to the same email address you contacted us from.
Also one colleague of mine reached you again this morning via email. We also tried to find a new contact email on your website, in case ours got lost on the email you contacted us from, but we didn't find any contact form.
We take our job very seriously and we always reply to all of our clients as soon as possible.

There is NO customer service available. I had a serious question, and nobody was willing to help. Apps like this will stop your workflow and shouldn't be on the app store. If you build your shop, you need a reliable and fast-reacting partner. I can definitely not recommend this app.
We did reply to your email describing how to create the menu, I attached a video as well. Also, I noticed that you left an identical 1 star review on one of our competitors page the same day, so it seems quite impossible that 2 different apps that do have customer support available to not answer your requests at all.
Wow - what a lifesaver! A Shopify Guru suggested I use the app when my menu lists became too long and cumbersome. My theme doesn't support nested menus, and when I first began my shop, I had no idea I would have so many products! I love my theme and did not want to change themes (nor do the work of changing over, let's be honest!).
This recommendation to use MEGA MENU saved me countless hours of work. Within an hour, (less if you deduct the tea break I took :- )) I had my entire menu with over 50 collection/pages listed redone. And it is beautiful!
I am so grateful! It was intuitive, easy - dare I say it, even FUN! - and I am thrilled with the results. I was looking at a week's worth of work to create a work around that looked good on all devices - voila, like magic, MEGAMENU had it all done in an hour. AND FOR FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm scared to think what would have happened had I not asked shopify for any ideas they might have. And the GUIDE for setting it up was AWESOME!

It's rare that something exceeds our needs, much less our hopes, but this really did!
Keep creating apps - you guys are amazing. And the paid plan has so many bells and whistles, I am still reviewing it to see if it might be a good fit.

No other menu apps have rivaled this one for us. Not to mention I requested additional customization and the team was on it before I even came in the next day.

Be Aware if you install this app and decide not to keep it, because it places scripts 7 different places in your team files and they are not removed automatically when you uninstall the app which again means that your site is loading scrips for an app you don't have.
I have not had the chance to use the the app but will do so in the coming days or sooner than two weeks.I cannot rate the app at this time so I will start at 3

We tried the free version. First it did not come with any instructions while installing. Then it did not work as it says it should. We also discovered that it also did not work on mobile. The contact from support was not very helpful. Asked for us to create a staff account but did not make clear exactly what she needs access to even though we sent her screen shot of what we gave access to in the e-mail. We will not be using this service as we feel if we've provided service this slow and inadequate to our customers they would not use our services either.
Clunky and time-consuming to use, and the price says $9.95 in the app store but when you try to upgrade within the app the price is $19.95! The most expensive mega menu app out there - and the most difficult to set up and use.
We are very sorry that your experience with our app was not a great one. I checked at our end and the reason the app was showing the old price is because you had our app installed before and the system was picking up the old price, but we sorted it out by sending you a discount code so that you can use it at the actual price: $9.95. We apologise for this error.
As for the app being difficult to use, we have instructions and a short tutorial that show how to create the menu and also we are ready to provide all needed information and help via our chat service or email at support@buddhaapps.com.
