Buddify has been a lifesaver for our small business. We specialize in eco friendly pet products and are in the process of launching our all natural Yumkins Pet Treats line. The great thing about it is we can upload all of these products on Buddify. It gives everyone the opportunity to exchange and sell each others products for better exposure and profits. It's a great platform to get your foot in the door with larger companies and the modern day style of dropshipping. WE LOVE IT!

Absolutely Amazing App – A Must-Have for Shopify Stores! - One of the things I love most about Buddify is how effortlessly it integrates with Shopify. The setup was quick and straightforward, and the interface is user-friendly and intuitive. Even if you're not tech-savvy, you’ll have no trouble navigating the platform and importing products. The automation features save so much time, allowing me to focus on growing my business instead of dealing with manual product management. Buddify allows me to partner with amazing brands and sell their products in my store at a minimum 25% discount, which means I can set my own pricing and maximize my profit margins. At the same time, other brands can also sell my products, which opens up huge opportunities for exposure and sales. The mutual partnership model is one of the most unique aspects of Buddify, and it works brilliantly! Unlike traditional dropshipping apps, Buddify allows me to source products from authentic brands instead of generic suppliers. This means better quality products, faster shipping times, and no dealing with long wait times from overseas suppliers. I initially gave this app a 1 star review (because I had a poor service when I first installed this app), and was contacted by the owners and given an upgrade to try it again, and to rewrite my review. I then gave it 4 stars.

That was a mistake.

I set up my store on this app, with the instructions that were given, at the time (November 2024) and my store was set up so that others could sell my wares, NOT so that I could sell others' wares, as I had intended.

I got busy with Black Friday and end of the year and have just now been able to come back to this app and I see there are 8 "partners" to my store.

The app has better instructions now, and has a guide, including a video, telling you how to get set up with them.

No where on this video did I see that people are to import your listings, which not only copies and pastes photos/videos from your site, but several stores have copied and pasted the descriptions that I painstakingly created myself. This is not okay with me. This can confuse customers, and can severely hurt SEO.

I have now had to contact the owners of these stores requesting them to remove those listings from their stores, only to be told by some store owners - that (1) this is the way Buddify works; (2) that this doesn't hurt SEO and (3) just remove my store from Buddify and that will fix the problem.

None of that is a solution. (1) This should NOT be the way Buddify works, because you should write your own listings. (2) It does hurt SEO and (3) I've contacted support already and awaiting a reply from them, but am not holding my breath.

This is not a good app.

The integration with Shopify is flawless. The setup was super simple, and within minutes, I was able to start importing products from other brands. Unlike other dropshipping platforms that require a lot of manual work, Buddify makes the entire process smooth and automated. One of the biggest advantages of Buddify is that it allows you to source authentic, high-quality products from real brands instead of generic dropshipping products from overseas. Whether you need assistance with product imports, wholesale discounts, or managing brand partnerships, their support team is always available to guide you. I didn’t expect much when I started, but this app has surprised me in the best way. It’s opened up new opportunities for collaboration with other stores, and my customers love the variety I can now offer.

Easy to setup. Havent found much of a partnership with the available retailers. hence rating it as is.

Using this app has been a mixed bag. While the concept is great, it took me some time to get the hang of it. That said, customer service was super responsive and helped resolve all my questions. Looking forward to seeing better results.

Buddify makes it incredibly easy to partner with other brands and expand my product offerings without holding any physical inventory. The fact that suppliers offer a discount is a huge bonus, making it profitable and convenient to sell their products.
What I appreciate most is the automation – Buddify handles the syncing of inventory and order processing flawlessly. It’s literally just a few clicks, and the whole process is taken care of. The freedom to set my own prices and modify product descriptions and images to fit my brand’s theme is a huge plus. Additionally, the ability to sell wholesale and create partnerships with other brands has really opened up new revenue streams for me. What I appreciate most about this app is how user-friendly it is. The setup took just minutes, and the support team was there to guide me every step of the way. My sales haven’t skyrocketed yet, but I see the potential!
