Support from Matt was excellent, and the app was easy to use. Would definitely recommend this app. But if you're not sure what you're doing or if what you're doing is correct, reach out to Matt first and he can help save you some headache before you perform the mass send.

At first, my emails were getting sent to the customer's spam folder even though I added Sendgrid to my SPF records per the tutorial. Turns out I should have waited 24-48 hours for the change to propagate before the bulk send.

In addition, the activate button does not work. Turns out I had a syntax error from copy/pasting while using the more advanced Styled HTML feature to customize the email invite.

I contacted support and Matt promptly addressed my issues, plus offered a free re-send.

Definitely worth the price of $50, and saves me a load of time from manually sending account invites to my 6000+ customers.

Super useful and easy to follow! The app itself was a great help, but I have to commend Matt Loszak on the service he provided throughout the process. I emailed him a total of 3 times, and each time, I got a response within 20 minutes and it was concise and helpful. I was so impressed by his service that I just had to write my first Shopify appstore review. If you're wavering, trust me, this app is the way to go!

Awesome time saver. Made it easy to send bulk invites to my customers who had created an account on my old Opencart site, to activate accounts on my new Shopify site. I like that you can send to customer groups by tag so that you can tailor the wording of your email. Matt was also extremely responsive to support emails. 4 starts, only because I wish it was easier (for those of us that don't know HTML) to format the email and make it look a bit more attractive and on brand. Good app though and I would recommend it.

Great apps and save a lot of my time to do individual customer account activation. Matt is also helpful to customize some of the fields which I wanted.

I found this app to be very simple to use. Support was fast and competent. Overall, an excellent experience which I can recommend to anybody who wants to send account activation links to their customers the easy way.

We have moved from Magento to Shopify Plus and have ended up bulk-importing 30,000+ customers via nChannel. This app from Matt was perfect for the job and his replies to emails were not only good in terms of content, they were prompt too. Very happy to give 5 stars!

Just used the app to send out account activation emails to 8k cutomers. It was so easy to set up and completely flawless. I highly recommend this app when you are migrating over from another platform and have to send an email out to your customers.

Even with help from their support team and from shopify my clients are NOT getting their invite emails sent. Some are some aren't. It's very frustrating when clients call upset saying they didn't get the transfer information and then I got billed numerous times for this transfer. Great idea but they need to work out some kinks obviously.
