Esta app nos ha ayudado mucho a optimizar el proceso de confirmación de pedidos y subida de números de seguimiento. Con una actualización tuvimos un problema ya que nos dejó de leer bien las columnas de los documentos que subiamos, pero enviamos un correo y Steve lo solucionó el mismo día!

We have been using the app for a couple of years already. It's been a game-changer, helping us to send shipping notifications to customers in bulk quickly and easily instead of manually updating them. We recently added the new automation feature, which is even better - no manual intervention at all. If you have a large volume of orders to fulfill, we highly recommend this app. Also, shout-out to Steve, who was very responsive in giving us support and addressing a couple of small issues we had.

App is no longer working. When it did, it performed as expected. The UI is a bit of a mess but otherwise it did as stated.

We have reached out to support and have not heard back.

::UPDATE::
Steve responded to my email, and although it did not resolve my issue the app seems to be working now. Hopefully it stays that way.

The app was working well, but suddenly, it stopped working. The customer service never replies to my emails. I would say, do not install this app.

Hi Forno vendors US team,

I'm sorry — twice over. First that the app stopped working on you without warning, and second that our support never got back to you. Neither is acceptable, and we've restructured how tickets are handled so emails no longer fall through the cracks.

Most "suddenly stopped working" reports we've seen recently trace back to a Shopify permissions/scope change or a tracking URL config that needs refreshing — usually a quick fix once we can see the shop. Could you email support@upatra.com with your store URL and roughly when the issue started? I'll personally take the ticket and reply same-day.

We'd really appreciate the chance to get you back up and running.

Four years as a customer and we left you waiting on email — I'm genuinely sorry. That failure is on us, and we've since rebuilt how support requests are routed so they land directly in front of a person instead of a shared inbox.

The tracking URL issue is one we've resolved for several stores this year — most often it's a carrier name that doesn't match Shopify's expected value, or a stale mapping on our side. If you can email me at support@upatra.com with one affected order number and the carrier you're using, I'll dig in personally and reply the same day.

We'd love the chance to make this right. Either way, thank you for the years of trust.

Fantastic app and outstanding support! We're on the free plan as we really have no use for the integration w/ Paypal, but if we had, the monthly fee is totally well worth it! While not on the paid plans, Steve has been truly helpful and responsive still! When we recently needed Steve's help to check on some settings, he replied immediately and offered his assistance unconditionally and so we were able to quickly resume using the app! Our whole-hearted recommendation to anyone looking for a simple yet powerful fulfillment app backed by outstanding support! Two-thumbs up!

The app is pretty good, but the tracking URL which i uploaded is always defaults to other courier or incomplete URL is uploaded. Kindly fixed it, Older version works fine but this updated version have issues.

Work till it doesn't work and they don't respond, a day or 2 later it starts working again. And now it says it will stop working Sep 2023, not sure if vendor is updating.

Thank you for the honest feedback — and I'm sorry on both fronts. The intermittent outages and the silence from support are exactly the failure modes we set out to fix, and you shouldn't have had to live with either.

To address the "stops working Sep 2023" concern head-on: that notice was the sunset of our v1 app ahead of a full rebuild. We're now actively maintained on v3, with a rebuilt backend (no more random drop-outs), background-job processing for large uploads, PayPal auto-sync, and an in-app Help page that routes support directly to a person — no shared inbox.

If you're open to giving us another look, email me at support@upatra.com with your store URL and I'll personally migrate you over and stay on the ticket until everything's processing cleanly. We'd love the chance to earn back the rating.
