The app was working well, but suddenly, it stopped working. The customer service never replies to my emails. I would say, do not install this app.

Hi Forno vendors US team,

I'm sorry — twice over. First that the app stopped working on you without warning, and second that our support never got back to you. Neither is acceptable, and we've restructured how tickets are handled so emails no longer fall through the cracks.

Most "suddenly stopped working" reports we've seen recently trace back to a Shopify permissions/scope change or a tracking URL config that needs refreshing — usually a quick fix once we can see the shop. Could you email support@upatra.com with your store URL and roughly when the issue started? I'll personally take the ticket and reply same-day.

We'd really appreciate the chance to get you back up and running.

Work till it doesn't work and they don't respond, a day or 2 later it starts working again. And now it says it will stop working Sep 2023, not sure if vendor is updating.

Thank you for the honest feedback — and I'm sorry on both fronts. The intermittent outages and the silence from support are exactly the failure modes we set out to fix, and you shouldn't have had to live with either.

To address the "stops working Sep 2023" concern head-on: that notice was the sunset of our v1 app ahead of a full rebuild. We're now actively maintained on v3, with a rebuilt backend (no more random drop-outs), background-job processing for large uploads, PayPal auto-sync, and an in-app Help page that routes support directly to a person — no shared inbox.

If you're open to giving us another look, email me at support@upatra.com with your store URL and I'll personally migrate you over and stay on the ticket until everything's processing cleanly. We'd love the chance to earn back the rating.

Substitutes tracking link for the packages with a spam site link. Terrible experience for our store

I guess we should realize that any free app is likely to just be stealing our customer info and/or re-routing them

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. I work with this app alone besides my full-time job, so there will be some parts I miss. Please send me a detailed screenshot of this bug and I will prevent it in the future.

i paid for payapl sync and its not work the entire app bugging and stuck on the same situation every single time

The first time it worked fine but the last time an error occurred. Orders fulfilled using this app will mark the order as fulfilled but will be deleted or without tracking, causing confusion for customers. I'm looking for better app.

Sorry for your inconvenience, to fulfill the order with the tracking number, you can use Create Fulfillment option, which will add/assign the tracking number to the relevant order.

Using Mark Order as Fulfll will simulate the action mark fulfill in Shopify without any tracking number.

Tried uploading the file with the shipment numbers but never works. It takes to some random sites. For e.g. if the shipment was sent via TOLL it by default tracks to a US website, Auspost takes to some future supply chains website. I thought that may be I did not provide the names of the carriers correctly the way it is in shopify so I corrected the file and then uploaded and clicked on Start --> Replace tracking but it still did not update the URLs correctly. Tried reaching them via online chat for another issue as well but no response.

Messed up all my fulfilments by sending customers a tracking link that goes to some random site, not the tracking company I put in the spreadsheet. Now all my customers have a useless tracking link in their inboxes.

Hi, I'm so sorry for what happened, did you set up your own custom tracking URL? You can download the full example file to see the detail. By the way you can still verify the tracking link before you process to fulfill.
