Hextom: Bulk Product Edit

This app is a must have for stores with large number of product listings.

Due to adding a new market, 6000+ google shopping field errors appeared over night, which limited google traffic to the website. This needed to be fixed quickly.

With the Hextom app a series of product and variant updates were quickly applied, clearing the google errors and allowing google traffic to recover.

Additionally, there was an issue with blank dropdown menus appearing for hundreds of products, an issue that had persisted for years. This was able to be fixed in about 10 minutes with the direction of the excellent support team.

Easy to use, and a quick and friendly support....

At first this app was invaluable. It made huge changes quickly that would have taken days. But the more I used it the more I have these odd side effects. Like variants I never added or have ever used showing up on products I recently made variant changes for and these variants were not showing in on the product in admin or as metafields on the product on even as metafields in settings. It took half a day to figure out what happened. In the end I had to use this app to remove a variant that seemingly didn't exist. Then a metafield that I used to be able to access in bulk editor no longer shows in bulk editor even though it's still showing on the product page. This was not an issue until I tried to edit that metafield using this app. I spent half the day on this too and here I am today dealing with it again. I am on a deadline and this is putting me so far behind. I am afraid to uninstall and be stuck with more problems I haven't found yet.
