Quick customer service. Have thought of everything I was looking for in a gift box builder and were fast in adjusting anything outside of what the standard features were.

This app is exactly what I was looking for! Most bundle apps don't allow customers to select from a range of items to add to create their own bundle -- yet that's what I needed, and that's what Easy Bundle Builder delivers (among other features!).

This app provided a very simple solution with a quick and easy set-up.

Also, I was able to schedule a live video support call the same day. The rep walked me through the steps I needed to take to create my first bundle, yet it was so easy I would've easily been able to do it even without the 1-on-1 support. I scheduled the call before I even installed the app, thinking I would ask a few questions about features and that would be it, but he graciously offered to walk me through the steps, and I'm so glad he did! After a few quick minutes (5?) the app was installed and my first bundle was done. It is that quick and easy.

Their support is insanely good, we got it up and working in a couple of hours, now we look forward to see how it perform. But this is by far the quickest support I've ever witnessed.

I'm new to this app, and it has a LOT of great feature options. The live chat help is a game changer for me, because I really struggle having to wait for someone to get back to me a day or two later. I was able to ask questions all day long and get them answered almost in real time (5 mins or less) as I was building out my bundles. It doesn't have every feature I was hoping for, but it still has a lot, and hopefully the others will come with time (including more than 3 bundles for the $19/mo price). But overall, it's a great app!

These guys are fab. After searching relentlessly for an app to bundle our products, I came across Easy Bundles. It really is easy to use and the support is amazing. I had an online meeting with Suryat who showed me exactly how to set this up. What's more they can customise the bundle for you. Fantastic!
