Customer service for this app is exceedingly slow, often taking days to resolve issues or even receive a reply. We installed the app on the store on the 5th Dec, but have yet to actually use it due to multiple issues regarding the Multiple SKU set up.
We asked for installation help on the 5th but did not have it installed until the 9th (despite multiple emails). We also faced issues with bundles appearing as out of stock reported on the 10th Dec. Despite explaining that it has been escalated to the senior team and that they will be in touch with us, we have heard nothing as of yet.
If you're able to get this app to work without the help of support, then it might work great for you, but at the moment we can't properly review an app we have been unable to use.

Hi i was not able to find any options to pause the the subscription pan. How do we pause the app subscription?

This app is a great solution for my store in order for customers to create their own gift box. If you need help with setup or design, their team offer a comprehensive and quick follow through. The only thing I would like is to be able to change the URL to make it a bit more SEO friendly but other than that, it meet my needs for now.

Just started using bundle builder 1.5 weeks ago to build gift sets for the holidays. I have submitted 3 tickets and received no response. This is a critical - the MOST important part of our holiday planning and to get no response is really frustrating as we have spent a lot of time picking out which bundle app to use (tested 10!) to try and find the one that had the best design and capabilities. We are about to add 20 more bundles but it has been so buggy and with no support we will have to take over 40 hours of work and throw it away. It keeps losing our images and no one will help us. Very disappointing.

The app is great, the only problem is I can't see the variants that the customers choose for their bundle. And I need to know in order to create their order

Multiple SKU Bundles offer an itemised breakdown that clearly presents all the product details, quantities, and SKUs. The team would be happy to walk you through your options, just pop us an email. I downloaded this app to add a gift-giving section to my website. Harriet and her team were extremely helpful in helping me get the most out of the app. They even reviewed the Bundle I made and sent a support team to help fix some design issues that were happening due to the theme I used. They fixed everything in less than 48 HRS and were extremely transparent throughout the process. I wish more apps were this hands-on, friendly, and helpful! Great job, team! THREE THINGS I WOULD CHANGE TO BUNDLE BUILDER APP hello i want to know where can i communicate if i have a question? after that i want to make some comments on what if i could change i would:
the bundles show a price which is not accurate because it depends, once you choose the bundle, which flavor you want hence the price, but if you remove it is is also removed in the subtotal, it would be amazing if its not shown at the beginning but then shown after choosing exactly what you want.
second comment: i hate that you cant use discount codes
third comment: it would also be amazing if the abandoned checkout cart email that shopify send automatically would not be blocked by the app, i think that really helps

We can help with the pricing. The pricing of bundles are variable (that what makes them so good for increasing AOV), but this sometimes leads to prices on collection pages that are unrepresentative of the bundles. We can walk you through your options (ideally changing the price to 'from x').
The discount codes and abandoned cart emails will work on 'Single SKU' bundles, but sadly not currently on 'Multiple SKU'. This is a limitation of Shopify's Draft Orders.

It works, took a while to personally sort out our needs and the look and feel, however saying that the acutal functionality of the product work very well and we are using it in our online store.
