We are really sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand how concerning an unexpected charge like that can be.

We would like to clarify that our highest plan is only $19.99 USD per month, so it would not be possible for our app to generate a charge of 250 EUR. This suggests that the charge may be coming from a different app or service.

Zero customer service. App worked intermittently and I lost business.

Worst experience ever. I had to download this because otherwhise the other app CartBot made by the same company would not work.
This app was really hard to understand, and it just does what shopify does already.

By far one of the worst apps I have had to use on Shopify. Support is unresponsive and can't help. The bundles messed up all my sales funnel. You need to pay extra for every little feature.

I had to use this app so that discounts work with my subscription app and it wouldn't work properly anyways.

A terrible experience. I don't recommend at all.

Free plan is advertised to have Product page upsells but there isn't a way to do it in the free bundle and Funnels are also paid.

We would like to clarify that the free plan does include product page upsells. By default, the app displays bundle widgets directly on product pages, which allows you to upsell additional items without any extra setup.

The funnel upsells you mentioned are an additional, more advanced upselling feature that is part of the premium plan. This allows for more customized post-add-to-cart offers, and we’ve aimed to keep this plan at a very affordable price.

That said, we completely understand how this could be confusing, and we would be more than happy to guide you through setting up the product page upsells so you can get the most out of the free plan.

unfortunately, this app is useless for me, since it is not possible to translate bundles using app Translate & adapt.

Very frustrating. It started charging me a monthly fee when I wasn't even using it.

I started a free trial and months later found out I was paying.

Tried the free version, was hard to work with and designed to get you to the upgrade. Bottom line, if the free version isn't easy to work with why would I buy the upgrade. In my opinion that's not the way to sell your products!
