Worked on this for hours added button to all my products and made collection pages. Tested it out, products went into cart everything looked great. Then I clicked the checkout button. Problem loading server. Well there goes that chunk of life Ill never get back.

I would have given 5 stars if it was possible to set the right placement in the Customization settings without need of review that in code itself. For placement we mean the position of Buy Button within the borders as the default is bottom-right whereas would be good to review it during the customization. Please add this configuration option :-) Thanks
Hey, there! It sounds like you're referring to the slide out cart, which by default is on the right side. if you install the buy button, where people can add more products to the same purchase, like merge carts!

The buy button is great. I starting implementing it about 2-3 weeks ago am now starting to see sales from it. I would love to see the blog article where the conversion came from as I’m not able to see this in the conversion details. That’s the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

In terms of conversion details, I would recommend using a third-party analytics program such as Google Analytics to get a better handle on your conversion rate. The internal sales reports within Shopify will give you a breakdown of where your sales have come from (e.g. online store vs. Buy Button). -Victor, Shopify Support
Loved the convenience of the buy button for my customer! It allowed easy access for the customer to buy the item we were emailing about.
I like this a lot and find it useful I DO wish that I could save the code and come back to it. Instead I have to remake the button over and over.
I am using the buy button on my Shopify Blog. It has been a very time-consuming / un-intuitive process requiring coding etc. If there was a better way to achieve the same result (selling on a blog post for example) it would be helpful

Does not work in tumblr. Only shows a tiny little box when posted. Tried everything. Ugh.
Overall good app. Some things still need to be improved, for example:
when you "Add to Cart" via the Buy Button, you only see the product in you "Buy Button Cart". The product will not be added to your normal shopify Cart.
Hey, there! I can definitely see how that would be useful; I'll be sure to pass this on to our developers as a feature request for you. In the meantime, you could do this by manually coding links and buttons to your product pages, however this would negate the intended use of adding products to the cart from external content. I love, LOVE the ability to be able to sell through Buy Buttons. It really helps to give me the freedom to build how and where I'd like, while still using the power of the Shopify framework. The only downside I've found thus far is that it gets a little tricky when it comes to all of the integrations. Certain features (like the abandoned cart emails) don't seem to work when people purchase through the buy button, even though it records the abandoned cart in my dashboard. I also find that the use of the other Shopify apps isn't as seamless when using the buy buttons--which has made for a few headaches and a lot more work. I'm hoping things will get smoothed out and more features will be integrated as time goes on <3
