Superb app. Very useful in knowing who my customers are, and where they are in the buying cycle. The out-of-the-box customer segmentation is crazy (in a good way) and gives me the ability to sync these as custom audiences into Google Ads (huge). The Products Sold report is useful in showing what products are sold, and matches these to customer segments as well to help in developing product promotion strategy. Great app overall on providing real business intelligence. Also, the support from the team when I had a question is excellent.

By the numbers is exactly what we were looking for. You should be able to see the top KPI's any ecommerce must have (also the cohorts analysis) and it's much easier and visual than any other app we've used before. I have to thanks to Fred and his team to make easier the data collection of Shopify users.

Amazing app, GA4 Vs UA was a bit of a nightmare. This app saved our team. Giving us all the data we needed plus LTV and cumulative sales total to see how we are t byracking is really cool. More so over being able to use the segmenting tool helped us cut our klaviyo bill without loosing any conversions. Highly recommended.

By The Numbers is the single most valuable app you can add to your store. Over the last 6 months I have used it to gain an understanding of my customer journey and business operations that I never could have dreamed of before. I've used the data from BTN to adjust marketing messaging timing, adjust advertising spend to the most efficient campaigns, understand customer purchasing tendencies (bundling, etc), and even as a prompt to change the formulation on one of my products. (Purchase latency and repurchase rates).
Put simply, BTN will allow you to make better, information-based decisions that will help you run a more profitable business. I would be blind without it.
