Used the app for a few years. Very good app and does what its supposed to do very well and excellent support. Conversion has not been great which is why I am no longer using the app. I went for another upsell in cart method instead which is probably better suited for my business. Thanks
Thanks for the review and for sticking with us for a few years, we really appreciate it. However, we're sorry to hear the conversion wasn't where you wanted it to be. In reviewing your setup, we noticed you were only using one of the available upsell placements, which unfortunately meant you weren't leveraging the app's full potential. Since you’ve moved to an "in-cart" method, our new Candy Rack slide cart would actually be a perfect fit and might provide the results you were looking for. If you're ever open to testing it out, drop us a note at support@digismoothie.com, we’d love to help you get the most out of it :)
