Cardzware: Greeting Cards

This app looked really good, something I could use to sell cards in US. But I just can't get through the set up. When you want help, you can open a support ticket, wait a week, and still not have an answer. Very dodgy. I did add everything in the DNS as instructed, and Shopify says it 'needs attention' as it doesn't point to a shopify domain. So really, not sure about any of it. That's the thing with all these apps, they promise so much, and rarely deliver any of it.

This app is incredible. It is one of the easiest to install and get running. They include step-by-step directions so you don't miss anything, which is awesome. I ran into some issues with installation due to Shopify updates (I think) and the team at Cardzware worked tirelessly and fast to get my issue resolved. This app gives me the option of offering a service providing beautiful cards for customers to send worldwide at a great price. I make my own custom cards and it was easy to get this option live on my store. They are a great company and I highly recommend them.

zero stars. requires a non standard dimension that is difficult to even find out what is and is not compatible with canva. Many other glitches in the app. too many to mention. I would suggest they scrap it and start over.

Absolutely brilliant app, the cards are fantastic and so many designs, customer service is top of the tree.

Very straight forward to install and now have a huge selection of cards for sale on my site. Their setup steps were very clear I had it all working within 15 mins. Support has been very quick to respond to my queries.
