This app is absolutely incredible, I’ve definitely seen my conversion go up after using this. They let me trial the premium features and they have a really cool option that forces customers to add an email address if add something to cart, which has increased the number of emails I’ve collected and follow-up emails sent, and hence my conversion. Really brilliant and must have product!

It's early days yet, I've only been using Care Cart for a week, but so far, I'm liking this app. It appears to be doing what it is supposed to be doing, and has recovered some carts for my shop. The app went glitchy for me yesterday, so I contacted support and the response was almost instant and cleared up the problem immediately - Farhan was very friendly and efficient and, so far, I would definitely recommend this app to others.

Had an issue with the physical address being displayed on emails. Contacted them through online chat support. Problem was fixed in 2 minutes. Excellent support. Additionally had a further request to do a bespoke change to my emails which was handled by them excellently and in less than 24 hours. Can't speak highly enough of them TBH!
