It is a pretty useful tool. Highly recommended. Before I started to use it, my rate of abandon carts was too high, but now everything has changed.
I had a slight hiccup with the email cart abandon feature and they were extremely helpful and responsive! I'm very pleased with this app and so happy they provide live chat support that is truly helpful!
