Based on their automated billing system, your app installation on August 17, 2024, at 7:58 AM and uninstallation on August 31, 2024, at 1:59 PM exceeded the 14-day trial period by just over 6 hours, which is why a charge was applied for the first month's subscription.

Excellent app! It includes as much information as is available about the person who added items to their cart, including their email address. When we got a bunch of ATCs from a bot, Cart Insights support was vey helpful and set up a rule that excludes that bot's ATCs as well as ATCs from my own email. They plan to add this as a DIY feature in a future update. Thanks for the great support!

Great app. Cart Insights let me know exact which customer add which products to the cart. First thing I do in the morning is to check cart insights' email, and see how many customer create a cart and what are the products in each cart.
At work finds does exactly what it says. I like that in also displays referring links. Daily emails keeps me in the loop.
