Great app and even better support. I had a specific request about the bundle selection behavior and Dominykas helped me solve it quickly. He was honest that there was no built-in setting for it and then got me a working solution anyway. Easy to set up and it looks good on my store

excellent app, really easy to use and set up and get it looking good on brand. Easy options to add upsells, progress bars and loads more you could ever want. Sebastijan was a great help getting it looking on brand for a few bits i couldnt do. Support is amazing. Probably the best of any apps i use.

The app is well-built and covers 95% of our business needs out of the box. The remaining 5% can be covered with custom HTML blocks and scripts, that are included as part of the app’s functionality.

Still in trial mode but so far really pleased with app. Mainly chose for being able to have different progress bars for different markets but actually the extra functionality for our home market on the cart is excellent. Had one issue but Erikas quickly responded to my support query and showed me where i had gone wrong in the set up and very quickly resolved.

We had a compatibility issue between the Kaching Cart Drawer and an Omnisend popup. Ieva took the time to investigate it, tested different solutions, and quickly found a CSS fix that resolved the problem without affecting the cart drawer.

She was patient, responsive, and made sure everything was working correctly before closing the conversation.
