I created a bot and let the app start adding the gift product several time reaching up to 12 or 15 times and its not stopping, I deleted the bot and recreated it but same issue, please fix it or return my money and cancel this app

Awesome in theory, just doesn't fire every time. And when you are doing hundreds of orders a day, can become a part-time job trying to correct fulfillment.

additional configuration apply bot only once per cart not working properly i have made if cart value is 498 then 1 product free it does well but when value is just twice or thrice and i add more free product in cart it makes it free
and if box is not checked then it doesn't auto add product on twice or thrice
