Very helpful and approachable with almost instant responses with the inbuilt chat inbox and over call. I would suggest this app to anybody who uses a COD and i have been using the application for more that 2 years.
A basic software issue took 36 hours to respond; the response I got was it's not resolvable.
Amandeep seemed not remorseful and extremely lackadaisical in his attitude.
The issue was as basic as OTP not being triggered.
Request for clarification was attended promptly and was very useful. COD hide option is listed by numbers, we need the product photos and name. We request the development team to add this feature to show only the product photos and name instead of product ids.
Amazing experience. They help and support throughout the process. Very easy to use and all the options and variations are available that you would require. Be it Partial COD or OTP verification among others.

This app covers almost everything related to COD orders. Verifying Orders, COD fee, Partial Payment, etc. The cherry on top is customer support. They try to resolve the issues, if any come, asap.
I've been using COD King for a while now and been a great addition to my store. Not only have I seen our RTS (return to seller) rate drop considerably, but they also offer lots of different features and some of them I'm looking to implement too. Their support team is responsive and knowledgeable (thanks Pankaj). Definitely a must have app if you're based in countries where COD is the primary consumer payment option.
