I waited for more than two weeks for a change in the Sender ID and a response from customer support.

Most features do not work as expected. Customers are not receiving SMS messages, and all customers should receive them. The customer service is terrible—they take a long time to fix issues. This app has many problems and bugs, with most features not working properly.

Thanks COD king for this amazing app. I have been using this for our online store and this has helped boost our sales & online orders. This also prevents potential fraud which is a huge problem in todays world. The support received from the team is also great. I consider this a must have app for all ecom stores. Thanks once again!
