Wonderful Customer support service and very easy to use. It has helped me to reduce my RTO by 20%. Absolutely loved it!

This app is really nice, Setup is as easy very, Amazing features, Follow-up Calling Feature is very best in this app good work team keeps it up!
We have loaded 30$ and till this minute we are not able to make the application works... support are trying to fix but seems they cant fix it don't load any balance unless you are sure app works .
They claim to have different language Voice options , but its not true. Contacting them since 2 weeks and no reply ever.

FAKE APP. Does not send whatsapp or IVR Call. Will directly mark order verified. When you call on helpline number, some rude lady will say ayush the founder of app is dead. ITs a huge scam. Do not install
Great app for ivr calls with very nice customisation options. Great customer support. Really helpful.
The support team is excellent and resolved all our queries on priority. We got a call from the team and they fixed my issues on the call - that hardly happens with any app provider. Ayush is the man! Great support.

I love that you can add your own audio instead of the automated voice. Because of that it gets 5 stars.

STAY AWAY Bad Bad Bad, They Just Want You To Buy There App. And Once You Buy The Plan There Is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT On How To Use The App Or If You Are Facing Any Problem, No Matter How Much You Try Contact Them They Are NOT GOING TO RESPOND
Excellent App, Very Convenient for COD Merchants at a reasonable price. It has all the features to verify COD orders, Convert COD to Prepaid Orders and more.
Must have app for anyone offering cash on delivery
1) Follow-up call feature is really good and helps in case the customer is unavailable
2) App supports both otp and call feature which is really nice to have. Overall pretty solid app! Would recommend it

Really a great app to resolve COD issues. The support team is also great and resolves all the problems. WhatsApp confirmation feature is also great as 99% people prefer to use whatsapp

I used app and app is really nice. It connect very well. It is also easy to use.....................
app is good and i paid 30 $ but i think its going to waste as the issue is call, its showing spam on true caller and some random name where customer might not picked call and than the purpose is defeated.. suggestion for maker to buy another number with TRUE Caller business so that it shown green always, i can give u 5 immediate customer..

Its been a month we are using this app & we must say its great. This app reduced our workload of order confirmation. User interface is easy to understand. The support team is also very helpful.
I am using this app for more than a month now, I never got any issue. This app works smooth. Customer gets an automated call just after they place an order and mostly customer confirm the order. I make a manual call to them for the confirmation which drastically reduces your RTO.
