Releasit Cash on Delivery COD

Let me just say it is my first time using Shopify for my business and I was confused with many aspects of it and was apprehensive with using any of the apps but when I installed Releaseit an agent responded immediately to offer help in setting up my store. Am truly grateful for the exceptional help I didn’t have to do a thing everything was setup for me by them. The app has helped us resolve a huge problem, especially when customers complained about COD fees that wasn't included at checkout (although a note is provided at checkout). Also, they have a great customer service team, they answered and fixed any questions/technical issue in no time. Thank you!

Just started using this app, I was open minded and thought it was worth a try.
Honestly, the app is brilliant and really happy with it.
I had a few problems as I am not that technical with app installation and although it was straightforward with clear instructions I still needed some help.
Customer support was fantastic, their response was fast, actually within minutes, really good experience and the app is working as it says it would.
Top marks for the app and customer support!
