I do not know why the developer has not sold this to Shopify. You need this because of Shopifys inability to have urls that can be structured with the levels you want/without pages/ or collections/. This app is so worth the money. www.acumetalfab.com

Thanks for the help with structured data, Alex- overall the plugin works great- Shopify breadcrumbs can be difficult to configure, and this solution made it easy to set up thanks to the video. Was the best app solution I've found.
This breadcrumbs app does exactly what i wanted it to do, on any product page it registers what menu it is in by mapping the navigation menu you have created within shopify and even works for our 4 level mega-menu which is great! I had a wee issue with a single area not mapping, contacted Alex who was great at getting it resolved - turned out i had an accidental space at the end of a title so it wasn't registering. Managed to get it fixed within 24 hours so very happy!
There is literally nowhere to contact you. There is no email provided. I have a problem with your application and it is not possible to write to you. Why create an application without being able to contact the creator.
I'm so sorry you had this experience. All my contact details are listed here on the Shopify App store for every one of my apps. Shopify control the (very elegant) design of these app store pages and I appreciate that recently they have removed the "Get support" button in favour of the "Support: Send a message" link below. I suspect this may have made it harder for you to find it.
In response to your review I emailed you right away as I understand you had encountered a problem in my app, which I then resolved within 2 hours of learning about it. I've also added my contact details to the in-app "Help" page in case any other users can't find it.
For anyone else struggling to get in touch, please either click "Send a message" or use the email address listed below. You'll receive an automated response from me instantly asking for specific information about your problem (store URLs, storefront password if applicable, current category setup etc). As soon as I receive your reply, I will get back to you urgently, typically within 24 hours. If you don't hear back from me, please check your SPAM filter, because I always reply.

The application continues to charge you even when you uninstall it.
I'm honestly quite heartbroken to receive your unfair and factually incorrect review. In the 10 years I've been making my app, I've had half a dozen like this. They damage my app's reputation and they are wholly wrong:
1. You didn't contact support, but even after you left your review, I contacted you and gave you your money back, even though I was under no obligation to do so. You didn't reply.
2. My app does not bill you directly, only through Shopify.
3. Shopify bills you only for what you use, after you've used it.
4. You were billed for 3 months by Shopify because, after the 10 day free trial, you used the app for January, February and March. Shopify did their job exactly right, as they define in their App charges policy here:

I have no control over Shopify's billing policy and make every effort to make my app outstanding: recently it was awarded "Built for Shopify" status. Reviews like these destroy that reputation and they really hurt.
